Using Our Service

Snowball lets you log whatever you want, just for yourself and the friends you add, and collect your logs into walls, including shared walls with friends.

You must use Snowball only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

Snowball may not be used for advertising, promotional activity, commercial solicitation, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or the promotion of products without express permission. This applies to everything on your account, including your logs, walls, name, username, and profile photo, and to sending friend requests to people you don't know in order to promote something. Content or accounts used this way may be removed or restricted at the platform's discretion.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content that does not align with the intended purpose of the Service.

Your Account

To access Snowball, you must sign up with your Google or Apple account or with your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for any activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must immediately notify customer support.

Privacy

Snowball may introduce third-party integrations for quicker logging. Personal information collected through these integrations is used solely for auto-logging. All personal data is kept private and secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Content

You retain ownership of the data you input into Snowball. By using our Service, you grant the platform a license to use this data to facilitate your logging and to improve the Service.

Intellectual Property

All rights in and to the Service and its components (including all intellectual property rights) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Modifications to the Service

The platform may update or modify Snowball from time to time to improve performance, add new features, or address security issues. Significant changes will be communicated through email or in-app notification.

Termination

We may terminate your access to all or any part of our Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. You can delete your account anytime in the app, which permanently deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
